About Accel Building Company
Late 1920s and early 1930s are said to have witnessed a structural revolution in aeronautics with the appearance of streamlined metal aircraft. Transition from wood to all-metal airplanes was completed by World War II. Ships switched from wood to metal by 1912. In 1916, Dodge was the first automaker to offer a vehicle with an all-steel body. The use of wood in auto construction gradually diminished, with American automakers phasing out their classic “woodie” wagons in the 1950s. We are not sure why home construction has been stuck in the “stick-built” age (we will leave it to historians) but we are proud to offer stronger, safer, healthier, eco-friendly, and energy efficient homes that provide return on investment against rising energy costs and standards.
Our niche is contemporary, light-filled, highly functional custom green homes. We offer Design-Build services and turn key solutions in collaboration with trend setting architects and interior designers. Together, we will exceed your expectations in the new norm era, as homes are going to be the main place we live/work/play for the foreseeable future.
We meet with you to discuss your unique needs and provide you with a preliminary budget estimate so you know what to expect in terms of design and construction process.
