About Accel Building Company

The late 1920s and early 1930s marked a revolution in aeronautics with the shift from wood to all-metal aircraft, a transition completed by World War II.

By 1912, ships had moved from wood to metal.

In 1916, Dodge introduced the first all-steel automobile. By the 1950s, wood was largely phased out from vehicle construction.

Despite these advancements, home construction has remained stuck in the "stick-built" era. At Accel Building Company, we are leading the way with ThermaSteel-framed homes that are stronger, safer, healthier, eco-friendly, and energy-efficient. Our homes provide a return on investment by addressing rising energy costs and evolving standards, bringing home construction into the 21st century.
